Overall we had such a lovely stay- the hotel room was lovely & clean and the staff were also super friendly and help

It was lovely & clean and location couldn’t have been better- walking distance to everything!

I missed the tea & coffee making facilities in the room, there were times in the evening where I was longing for a cup of tea!

My room was clean, the staff were polite, and breakfast was yummy. The location was also wonderful - a short walk from the beach and many restaurants.

Very Good

We loved the location of the property, it was right in the middle of town, close to all the restaurants and next to a Spar with only a 10min walk to the beach. They also have a fantastic breakfast selection

The only downside is that there is no sea view

Great location, staff were very helpful and had a good sense of humour. Looked at loads of different hotels but this one offered the best value by far.

Exceptional

Room was clean, very bright, comfortable beds and breakfast was really nice. Good variety. Also perfect location - short walk from beautiful beaches and all of the restaurants and bars

No plain water filter available - only water with fruit in which sometimes tasted like it had been left for too long. I like bringing a bottle with me to fill rather than having to buy and go through lots of plastic water bottles

Best ever

Fabulous hotel, facilities, comfort. Unbelievable breakfast lots of food choices including the best pancakes I’ve ever had. 3 minutes walk from shops, bars and Restaurants but very quiet no noise- the best thing though are the staff - superb 5*. Friendly, helpful and very professional nothing is too much trouble. All in all the best holiday hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Thank you Hotel Rupit x

Exceptional

Staffs are really nice and professional. They speak excellent English, which is highly valued for foreign tourists. It was really a surprise to me that it was my birthday during my stay and I received a surprise cake and candle when I was having breakfast. People are warm and kind there :) Will come back next time definitely.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay from start to finish! Staff are incredible, and nothing was too much, always a big smile on their faces. The room was modern and clean. (Cleaned daily) The location was great; 5 mins to the beach and a huge selection of restaurants a few minutes away. A bank/cashpoint next door and a shop which was handy! The ting ting train stop is also opposite.

Great hotel in centre of Cala d’Or

Great hotel in the centre of Cala d’Or, walking distance to beaches, restaurants and transport. Room was clean and a super comfortable beach. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet, and lastly shout out to the lovely staff!

Fantastic hotel and very welcoming

Fantastic hotel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I was really made to feel welcome and the staff was always willing to go above and beyond. Great location I was always able to park my car on the street just behind the hotel for free. Breakfast was excellent and offers both continental and hot food, as well as freshly made pancakes by request. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay!

Lovely clean room with the biggest bed ever and a fab shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal location for the main bars and restaurants, marina and beaches.

Nothing! Our fridge wasn't that cool in our room but that was our only complaint.

Great value for the money! Totally worth it!

Location is great, close to everything that you need, bars, restaurants, beach. The staff was really friendly and helped us immediately when we asked for anything. Breakfast was diverse and really tasty. The pool looks exactly like in the photos, really nice place!

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel

Very nice and caring staff. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. The hotel has a good location. We also liked that you can leave your things in the luggage room and take a shower at the hotel if you have a flight in the evening

There was sometimes an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom
